创新、学业、一般自我效能感与学业成就和创造性的潜变量关系研究

摘要(Abstract):
以270名初中生为被试,研究了创新自我效能感、学业自我效能感、一般自我效能感与学生学业成就和创造性思维之间的关系。结果发现:创新自我效能感、一般自我效能感、学业自我效能感三者都与创造性思维和学业成就有显著的正相关;一般自我效能感分别通过创新自我效能感和学业自我效能感间接影响创造性思维和学业成就;创新自我效能感通过一般自我效能感和学业自我效能感间接影响学业成就,而学业自我效能感通过一般自我效能感和创新自我效能感间接影响创造性思维。
